Effective June 1, 2004, Shands Travel Agency has discounted their pricing as follows:

Service Fees charged:
1)	Issue Ticket:	$18.00
2)	Exchange with additional collection:	$10.00
3)	Even exchange:	No charge
4)	Refund/Void:	No charge
5)	Hotel/Car reservations:	No charge
