The purpose of the UTB/TSC
Code of Conduct is to communicate an expectation of ethical conduct to all
UTB/TSC employees.Responsibility
for ethical conduct is a personal responsibility and every employee will
be held accountable for his or her conduct.The Code of Conduct is a framework within which all employees are
expected to operate.Although
the Code of Conduct addresses a number of specific issues, it should not
be regarded as a comprehensive listing of compliance issues.Instead, the Code of Conduct should be regarded as a guiding
principle that applies to everything that we do.Questions about specific ethical or compliance issues should be
directed to your supervisor, Ethics Officer, the UT System Ethics Advisor, or compliance hotline, as
appropriate.
