Update on Staff Holiday Schedule for FY 2007

Due to January 2, 2007 being declared as Administrative Leave Day for State Employees by Governor Perry to honor former President Gerald Ford, the eight hours of holiday time scheduled for that day will be moved to the Friday of Spring Break week, March 16, 2007. January 2, 2007 was the staff's first choice for holiday leave according to a survey that was conducted during the preparation of the FY 2007 holiday hours schedule. March 16 was the second choice of the staff in that survey. This holiday will require skeleton crew coverage.
