Training by Human Resources
All employees must take State Mandated training within thirty (30) days of being hired. All full-time employees will be sent an invitation to attend a two part training. The first part is the policy, procedures and workplace activities session. The second part is the State Mandated training of Equal Employment Opportunity, Ethics, General Compliance and Sexual Harassment. Part time employees will take the training online on the Training Post and return a Verification Form signed by both the employee and the supervisor.

- Customer Service (including Telephone Techniques)
- Anger Management
- Discipline and Dismissal

Human Resources offers employee development classes on a monthly basis during the spring and fall semesters. If you are a manager/supervisor you will want to attend the management program sessions. Some topics include:

- Discipline and Dismissal
- Leadership
