UT Select Medical Plan Out-of-Area Benefits
Dependents living outside of Texas are eligible for out-of-area benefits.
Services are subject to a $250 annual deductible.
After the deductible has been met, services are covered at 80% for the remainder of the plan year.
After the $1750 out-of-pocket maximum has been reached, services are covered at 100% for the remainder of the plan year.
Dependents living outside of Texas who use BCBS providers will receive in-network benefits.
