To qualify, you must currently have:
1 x your annual salary or more in life insurance coverage and
10,000 life insurance coverage for your spouse
If you qualify, you can increase your spouse’s coverage up to:
Option 1 – $25,000 without evidence of insurability (EOI) or;
Option 2 – $50,000 with an approved evidence of insurability
You can take advantage of a new benefit that allows you to increase your spouse’s coverage up to $50,000.
