LONG TERM CARE PLAN: CNA
This program is designed to allow you to select the plan that best fits your Long Term Care needs and offers you choices in how your plan is structured.
- You may choose the Daily Maximum Benefit Payable that best meets your needs. These options include $100 per day, $125 per day, and $150 per day. These figures represent the maximum benefit payable to for each day of care.
- You may also choose to include the Automatic Benefit Increase Option which will automatically increase your Daily Maximum Benefit payable by 5% per year.
