UT Touch Online Enrollment System
UT Touch Online is an enrollment system you can use to update or make changes to your insurance coverage during the Open Enrollment Period in July.
Just before this period, you’ll receive a letter, known as a Coverage Option Letter, from HR that reports your current coverage and options for the new plan year.
The letter also contains a four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you can use to gain access to UT Touch Online and make your benefit selections.
