In an effort to insure correct input of payroll information, we will only process Memorandums of Employment, Change of Memorandums, and Terminations forms with complete required signature(s) of approval. It is the Department's responsibility to have all signatures on the form.
Also, please be advised that any personnel action forms and/or employment packets submitted to Human Resources after the due date will be processed on the next regular payroll. No employee should be allowed to work until all documentation (i.e., MOE and employment packet) is completed.
