Report Health & Childcare Expenses

Don’t forget to submit your health and childcare expenses to FlexBen.  Employees with UT Flex Medical and/or Dependent Care Expense Reimbursement Plans for insurance plan year September 1, 2000 thru August 31, 2001 must file claims for reimbursement prior to November 30th.  All claims for the plan year must be received by FlexBen on or before November 30th in order to get reimbursed.  Any amounts remaining in an account after November will be forfeited by the participant.  Since these are requirements of Section 125 of the Code for a qualified Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan, the University can not make exceptions to these rules.  Reimbursement claim forms are available at Human Resources.
