Below you will find links to your Wellness Personal Activity Card and the latest edition of the Wellness Newsletter. Please note the days and times of the Wellness Activities here on campus. Remember, you do not have to do the activities just on campus. You may exercise at home, at a gym, etc., as long as the activity is an aerobic-type activity. The Fall 2002 Wellness Program will run from September 3rd to November 14th. The Personal Activities Record Cards are due on November 18th to be considered for the Top Ten. Remember all you need are 21 sessions of at least 30 minutes of exercise to get a Free T-Shirt. Physicals are not required for participation in the Wellness Program but participants are strongly encouraged to have a complete physical before beginning any exercise program.
