This is our seventeenth issue of the UTB/TSC Wellness program newsletter. It includes information on related health topics, web sites, special events and activities specifically targeted for our Wellness members. ScorpionWelcome to the UTB/TSC Wellness Program! We are proud of you for taking “One Step at a Time” towards Wellness. If we can assist you in gaining success with the Wellness Program please do not hesitate to contact us.

Below you will find links to your Wellness Personal Activity Card and the latest edition of the Wellness Newsletter. Please note the days and times of the Wellness Activities here on campus. Remember, you do not have to do the activities just on campus. You may exercise at home, at a gym, etc., as long as the activity is an aerobic-type activity. The Fall 2002 Wellness Program will run from September 3rd to November 14th. The Personal Activities Record Cards are due on November 18th to be considered for the Top Ten.

Remember all you need are 21 sessions of at least 30 minutes of exercise to get a Free T-Shirt. Physicals are not required for participation in the Wellness Program but participants are strongly encouraged to have a complete physical before beginning any exercise program.
