WELLNESS ACTIVITIES

Aerobics - Mondays 5:30-6:30pm (NEW TIME!), Annex
Join our certified Aerobics Instructor for a well-rounded cardio-vascular workout that is designed to increase flexibility, improve endurance and enhance cardio-vascular fitness.
Tae Bo - Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15-1:15pm, Annex
This Kickboxing meets Aerobics workout is guaranteed to get your heart pumped up. Our certified Tae Bo instructor will lead you through a stretching and toning using the Tae Bo method of exercise.
Basketball - Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00-1:00pm, Gym
Half of the gym (half court) is reserved for any Wellness member to play basketball. Get your peers to come out and play so that by the time Field Day comes around you’ll be ready!
Pington - Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00-1:00pm, Gym
This sport is similar to using a racquet to play Badminton. If you enjoy playing Pington or if you are interested in learning this enjoyable game we have half of the gym (half court) reserved for you.
Weight Lifting - Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00 - 1:00pm, Weight Room
                          - Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:00pm, Weight Room
Weightlifting is not supervised or lead by an instructor. Members are encouraged to “buddy up” with a friend for safety reasons.
On your Own
Do you go to a gym on your own? Do you exercise in front of your television? Do you walk your pet? All of these activities count as Wellness activities. Remember as long as the activity is an aerobic – type activity it counts towards Wellness. If you have not signed up do it now and receive a free gift.

You must bring you Employee ID when attending any of these activities. 
Please make sure that you fill out the Wellness Waiver before you attend any Wellness Activity and bring it to our office located in Cortez Suite 129 or via fax at 982-0175.

For the basketball and weightlifting....
If there is no one using the equipment then students will be allowed to utilize them. Employees will have first choice during the scheduled days and times.

For all activities........
No long lockers are to be used overnight. They are for the Wellness hour only. If you need something for overnight there are short baskets.
