At the end of the Fall 2001 semester, we had our Wellness Luncheon. The following were the Top Ten Performers for Fall 2001 who were honored at the luncheon:

Wellness Fitness Activity Record
When you sign up for the Wellness program you receive a Wellness Personal Fitness Activity Record Card. This card may be used to record your fitness activity for the semester. If you have signed up and did not receive a card just let us know in Human Resources and we will be happy to forward one to you. At the end of the semester we have a Wellness Reception. Your card needs to be turned in before the reception. Any member completing the minimum goal of 21 sessions or more will receive a T-Shirt award during the reception. Wellness members are on an honor system for reporting these activities but we request that you count only sessions of sustained aerobic-type activity. Any such session of 30 minutes or longer (including five minutes of warm-up and 5 minutes of cool down) will count toward your minimum goal of 21 sessions. Long sessions of 60 minutes or more cannot be counted as double. In order to be considered for the Top Ten Performers you need to submit your Fitness Activity Record by the due date before the reception. Everyone who signs up for Wellness is invited to attend the reception even if they have not completed their fitness goal.
