Wellness Program Fall 2003: Achieving Core Results
At UTB/TSC we all strive to achieve core results. Why not incorporate
that into our workouts? This semester the Wellness Program is
challenging all participants from the staff and faculty to complete a
minimum of 30 aerobic sessions for 30 minutes by November 21. (30 for
30) For signing up for the Wellness Program you receive a FREE Wellness
Incentive.
Your next incentive comes when the aerobic sessions are complete.
Submit your Activity Log Card showing your 30 for 30 workouts to HR and
receive a FREE Wellness T-Shirt. You can wear it with pride knowing that
you have worked hard in, "Achieving Core Results" in fitness.
You are also encouraged to log any time over the 30 for 30 minimum
requirement. We will recognize the few who go above and beyond and make
it to the Top 20 list with a FREE gift.
