On your Own
Do you go to a gym on your own? Do you exercise in front of your
television? Do you walk your pet? All of these activities count as Wellness
activities. Remember as long as the activity is an aerobic – type activity
it counts towards Wellness. If you have not signed up do it now and receive
a free gift. |
