Michelle Balderas
<b>Michelle Balderas</b> - Dietician for N.E.W. You ProgramDietitian for N.E.W. You Program

Michelle has worked for the N.E.W. You Program since July, 2003. Michelle is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with her Bachelor's of Science in Food and Nutrition. N.E.W. You members have access to Michelle's wealth of knowledge in dietary counseling. Michelle also works with a local pediatric rehab center for obese children. She also works at a local hospital to provide acute medical nutrition therapy for residents. This overachiever aspires to open her own dietary consulting business while raising her family. Her hobbies include a love for reading and music. Michelle is an individual with a flare for what she does best - balancing our diets.

Rosie Alvarez
<b>Rosie Alvarez</b> - Trainer for N.E.W. You ProgramTrainer for N.E.W. You Program

Rosie has been with the N.E.W. You Program since its inception in the summer of 2003. She has been working out for 18 years and has been working in the fitness field since 1990. Rosie's certifications include Fitness Instructor from the Institute of Sports & Sciences Association and Aerobic Instructor from the Association of Fitness & Aerobics of America, both based from Los Angeles, California. For the past 12 years Rosie has been self-employed as a personal trainer and has put her own training to use when she competed in 1993 for the National Physique Committee in Harlingen, TX. Rosie made us all proud when she walked away with 3rd Place. Rosie's goals are to have continued success in fitness and to assist the N.E.W. You members in maintaining thier lifestyle change. She enjoys reading, working out, and having fun raising her daughter. Rosie amazes us everyday; her days begin at 5 AM and is still able to squeeze us into her schedule.
