* Lesse shall pay to Lessor the sum of of $2,500.00 or 10% of adjusted gross sales whichever is greater.
- To make a reservation for the Stillman and Stokely Halls, rental
fee and damage deposit must be paid in full. To make a reservation
for the Auditorium, a deposit of half the total cost is required.
- Police Officers are required for all night events and events
that will allow alcohol beverages.
(Jacob Brown Auditorium requires four to six police officers; Stillman,
Stokely and the Youth Center Hall require two police officers).

- Concessions: To be negotiated with FBMC Management Office.
- Hall decorations will begin at 1:00 p.m. and end at 4:00
p.m. Tables, Chairs, Clean Up and Set-Up is included in the rental.
Table and chair set-up changes will not be allowed the day of the
event. No adhesive tape can be used on any painted surfaces.
- There will be an additional charge for Rehearsal/Load-in/Load-out
time to be determined by the FBMC Management Office.
- PLEASE NOTE: Damage deposits are returned BY MAIL
30 working days after the event in question. Any damages to the hall,
tables, chairs, or surrounding areas of the hall will be deducted
from the damage deposit. Any questions regarding the damage deposit
can be directed to the FBMC Management Office.
- Parking is available free of charge.
- Electrical: Electrical service in all halls is 110 voltage.
Stage electrical in the Jacob Brown Auditorium is 110 voltage. Electrical
requirements that exceed existing electrical output must be performed
by a UTB Physical Plant Electrician at lessees expense of $150. There
is also a $ 25.00 fee for the use of each spotlight. Please make the
necessary arrangements with the FBMC Management Office.
