Contract Review Checklist
Checklist should be used to review all contracts except Special Procedures
Contracts (such as space lease, construction contracts, consulting contracts,
grants, among others) and OGC Standard Form Contracts.
Standard Contracts
UT System has developed Standard Form Contracts for: Affiliation Agreements,
Interagency Contracts, Trademark Licenses and others.
UTS145 - Processing of Contracts (previously BPM 48)
This "BPM describes the UT System procedures for the processing of
contracts.
Regent's Rules Part 1, Chapter 1, Section 9:
Documents Executed on Behalf of Board
Part 1, Chapter 1, Section 9 details what contracts may be executed at the
component level and what contracts require prior approval by the Board of
Regents.
