Below is a copy of Vice Chancellor Brown’s memorandum regarding delegation of authority to System Presidents for approving the holiday schedule for their respective institutions. This memorandum replaces any previous memorandums on this subject and has been issued only to correct citations to the Regents' Rules that have changed.
