3. Jim Springfield will present what portion of any budget should be set aside as working capital, from a businessman’s prospective.

   Decrease in state funding during the current biennium
   Decrease in Texas Grant funding
   Trend data for graduate programs, UTB compared to others
   What types of Auxiliary Enterprises are found at other Universities
   What if we are funded only as a university.
